August celebrates GSC athletes’ impressive performances at the Ironside Open. Lauren went 5/6 and totaled 104 kg in her first weightlifting meet. Stacy overcame injuries to nearly PR with a 108 kg total. Maddy hit a 9 kg PR, finishing with 140 kg. Coach Lindsey placed 1st, PR’d by 12 kg, and qualified for the Nike North America Open Finals with a 160 kg total. Join us for a lake day at Hagg Lake (Lot C) on August 3rd at 10:30 AM.
